Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and X — provisioned under our platform standing, in your own billing entity. Limits raised when you ask, restrictions escalated to a named contact, and one wallet funding all of it.

Coverage
Five platforms, one agreement.
Adding a platform, a market or a second brand later is a request to your manager — not a new vendor, a new contract and a new onboarding.

- TikTokAd account · Business Center · Pixel and Events APISame day
- SnapchatAd account · Business Manager · Snap Pixel1–2 days

Included on every one
- Opened in your own name and billing entity
- A spend limit set for the budget you intend
- A named partner manager for escalations
- Instant funding from your Rockads wallet
- An invoice and an FX rate on every movement
Accounts you already own can be brought under the same standing instead of being reopened.
A ceiling is a decision, not a waiting period.
A new account starts capped low and climbs on the platform’s own schedule — a little more every few weeks, provided the invoices clear and nothing trips. That schedule is what a scaling campaign runs into first, and it is the part our standing removes.
- Opening limit matched to your planned monthly spend
- Raises requested by your manager, not through a form
- No shared parent account to borrow headroom from

Ad accounts
5 connectedOne wallet behind every account.
Top up once, in your own currency, and move balance into any account the moment it needs it. No card on file per platform, no failed payment at the weekend, no waiting on a bank to clear a cross-border transfer while a campaign sits idle.
- Wire, card or an approved credit line
- Segmented wallets per brand, client or market
- Transfers land in the ad account in seconds
- Every movement carries an invoice and the rate applied
The panel is the real thing — pick an account and move funds to see how a transfer behaves.
Policy & recovery
A restriction should cost an hour, not a week.
Rejections and suspensions are routine at scale. Having somewhere to take them is not. Your account sits under our partner standing, so an escalation reaches a person who can overturn it.
The public route
- Restriction notice
- Public appeal form
- Shared review queue
- An outcome, eventually
No named contact, no date, and no reason given either way.
The partner route
- Restriction notice
- Your Rockads manager
- Named platform contact
- Reinstated, with the reason
Filed through the partner channel the same day it lands.
Onboarding
Four things from you. The rest is ours.
What we need
- 1Your company detailsRegistration documents for the entity the accounts will be billed to.
- 2The domain or app you advertiseSo we can verify it with the platform up front rather than after a rejection.
- 3Markets and planned budgetWhich countries, roughly what you expect to spend each month.
- 4A funding methodWire, card, or an approved credit line if you would rather spend before settling.
What comes back
- Ad accounts on every platform you asked for, in your name
- An opening spend limit matched to the budget you gave us
- A funded wallet and instant transfers into any account
- A named partner manager and a route for escalations

Questions
Asked before signing.
If yours is not here, the team answers the same business day.
Whose name is the account in?
Yours. Accounts are provisioned under our platform standing but opened in your own company and billing entity, so the invoices, the data and the assets belong to you rather than sitting bundled underneath somebody else’s account.
How long does it take to open an account?
Usually the same day for Meta, Google and TikTok once your documents are verified, and a day or two for Snapchat and X. The slow part is almost always entity verification, which is why we ask for the documents before anything else.
Can you raise the limit on an account I already own?
Often, yes. An existing account can be brought under our partner standing without being reopened, which keeps its spend history and learning intact. If the account is already restricted we will tell you honestly whether it is worth recovering or worth replacing.
What happens when an account is restricted or suspended?
Your manager gets the notice at the same time you do, identifies what actually triggered it, and files the appeal through the partner channel rather than a public form. You get the specific cause and the exact change to make, not a policy code.
Which currencies can I fund in, and what happens at the border?
You hold one wallet in your own currency and spend into accounts denominated in others. Conversion happens at the moment of transfer, and every movement carries an invoice with the rate that was applied, so reconciliation does not become a monthly project.
Do I have to move all of my spend across?
No. Most advertisers start with one platform or one market that is blocked or capped, and move more across once they have seen how it behaves. There is no lock-in period and no minimum number of accounts.
What does it cost?
Pricing follows the spend running through the accounts rather than a per-seat licence, so it scales with the budget instead of the headcount. The pricing page sets out the tiers and what sits inside each one.
Can I take the accounts with me if I leave?
Yes. The accounts are in your entity, so they go with you. We will hand over the assets and the platform relationships rather than hold them hostage — an infrastructure partner that has to lock you in is not much of a partner.
