What it is
Self-serve gets you an account. This gets you an operation.
Everything on the self-serve plan is still yours — you just stop being the one who has to work it. Four things break most in-house ad operations. White Glove takes all four off your desk.
- MonSpend limit raisedMeta · DE — €25,000 to €40,000 a day, ahead of the launch.
- TuePolicy signal clearedFlagged on a landing page claim and resolved before delivery stopped.
- ThuBudget rebalanced$18,400 moved across three accounts to follow the performers.

That needed you
An illustrative week. What your desk does depends on what your accounts are doing.
Where it breaks
What we take over
Getting access
New platforms and new markets stall on entity checks, verification and applications that come back rejected without a reason.
Ad assets provisioned under our partner standing, in your name, as many as the plan needs — on request rather than on a queue.
Paying for it
Cards decline mid-flight, spend limits cap out at the worst moment, and a cross-border transfer sits with a bank over the weekend.
One funded wallet, instant transfers between accounts, no spending limit — and funding behind you when growth outruns cash.
Scaling it
Nobody tells you which lever to pull next. The plateau tends to arrive before the plan for getting past it does.
A manager who has scaled accounts like yours, working a plan with you — budgets, new assets, new markets, creative direction.
Running it
Pacing checks, budget shuffling, policy watch and reporting quietly consume the week that was meant for strategy.
Automation rules we configure and operate, continuous policy monitoring, and reports that arrive without being chased.
What is included
Seven things, all of them staffed.
Unlimited ad assets
Ad accounts, business managers, pages and pixels — as many as the plan actually needs, provisioned on request rather than rationed. A second brand, a new market or a fresh test structure is a message, not a project.
Policy & compliance cover
A dedicated policy team audits your assets continuously and moves on the early signals — the ones that come before a restriction, not after it.
Alerts to your dashboard and to WhatsApp
Dedicated account manager
One person who knows the account, not a rota. One thread instead of a ticket queue.
- Slack
Automations, run for you
Budget, CPA and CPC rules built around your targets and operated by our team — pausing, scaling and reallocating while you sleep. You approve the logic; we own the running of it.
Rockads Wallet
One balance behind every account. Instant top-up, instant transfer between accounts and currencies, and a record of every movement with the rate that was applied.
No spending limit — on the wallet or the accounts behind it.
Platform bridging
We sit between you and the platform representatives we already work with, so a question, a rejection or an outage reaches somebody who can act on it the same day.
Same-day answers on rejections, outages and account reviews.
Funding
The window on a good quarter does not wait for your cash cycle. When the numbers justify spending ahead of revenue, we put the budget behind the account and settle afterwards.
Approved case by case, against the account’s own performance.
How it works
Four phases, and you are only in the first one.
- 1Week one
Onboarding
One call to understand the product, the markets and the numbers you are working to.
- First-touch call with your manager
- Ad assets opened and verified
- KYC and payment setup
- Existing campaigns migrated across
- 2From week two
Optimization
We put the operating rules in place with you, then take over running them.
- Automation rules configured together
- Continuous policy audit begins
- Account structure reviewed
- Creative and offer feedback
- 3Ongoing
Scaling
Headroom is added before you hit it, not after a campaign has already stalled.
- Spend limits raised ahead of demand
- New assets, platforms and markets
- Creative direction and testing plan
- Funding where the case supports it
- 4Every week
Reporting
A standing review, so the numbers are discussed rather than merely delivered.
- Weekly financial review with our team
- Performance dashboards, always current
- Reports cut the way your board needs them
- Invoices and statements from the dashboard
Policy & safety
We would rather call you before the platform does.
Restrictions rarely arrive without warning. A claim drifts out of line with a landing page, a domain check goes stale, a creative crosses a threshold nobody read. Our policy team watches for those signals on your assets and acts on them while the ads are still delivering.
- Caught early
- Signals are acted on before a restriction lands, not appealed after one does.
- Told immediately
- The alert reaches your dashboard and your WhatsApp at the same moment it reaches us.
- Fixed for you
- The change is drafted by the policy team; you approve it rather than research it.
- Reviewed continuously
- Creatives, landing pages and account health are audited on a standing schedule.
Meta · DE · act_884291017425
The landing page no longer carries the discount stated in the creative. Nothing is restricted yet — the ad set is still delivering.
What we have already done
- Paused the one ad set carrying the claim.
- Drafted the landing page change for your team.
Your reply goes straight to the desk.
Financial transparency
Every movement, on the record.
Managed does not mean opaque. Balances, transfers, conversions and invoices all sit in the same dashboard you use to watch performance — and the finance desk walks the numbers with you every week.
- No spending limit on the wallet or the accounts behind it
- Budget moved between accounts and currencies instantly
- Invoices and statements downloadable from the dashboard
- A weekly financial review with the desk, not a monthly surprise

Integrations
It plugs into what you already run.
Ad platforms
- Meta
- TikTok
- Snapchat
- X
Every account we open for you, managed and funded from one place.
New platforms are added as our partner access extends to them — you do not sign anything again.
Commerce & fulfilment
- Shopify
- WooCommerce
- BigCommerce
- Wix
Catalogue, events and revenue signals connected, so the automations optimise against orders rather than clicks.
Plus fulfilment and warehousing partners for delivery and storage, wired in where the product needs them.
Where your team works
- Slack
- Telegram
- Google Chat
- Discord
- Lark
Your desk lives in the tools your team already has open. Alerts, approvals and reports arrive there.
Measurement & attribution
- Triple Whale
- AppsFlyer
- Adjust
We read the numbers you already trust rather than asking you to trust ours — so optimisation runs against your source of truth.
AI Ad Creative
Creative generated against what is already working in your own account, reviewed by the same policy team before it ever reaches a platform.
And whatever else you run
Reporting, BI, attribution, a data warehouse of your own — we work to your stack rather than around it. If it has an API, our team will meet it there.
Proof
What it looks like from the other side.
“We stopped staffing for ad operations entirely. Limits get raised before we ask, a policy flag is usually fixed by the time we read the message, and the money is where it needs to be. Our team went back to working on the product.”

Pricing
Three ways in.
What you pay follows the spend running through the accounts and how much of the operation you hand over. We would rather understand the product first than quote a number at it.

Talk to our teamQuestions
Before you hand anything over.
Anything not covered here, ask the team — the answer comes the same business day.
Who actually runs the campaigns — your team or mine?
That is the line we agree on the first call, and it is not all-or-nothing. Most teams keep creative and offer strategy in house and hand us the operation: assets, funding, limits, policy, automation rules and reporting. Some hand over media buying as well. Whatever you keep, you keep full access to.
Is White Glove a different product, or the same accounts with more people?
The same infrastructure, staffed. Every account is still opened in your billing entity under our platform standing. What changes is that a named manager, a policy team and a finance desk are working it every day instead of a support queue answering when you write in.
What does “unlimited ad assets” actually mean?
Ad accounts, business managers, pages and pixels are provisioned as the plan needs them rather than rationed against a package. There is no per-asset fee and no queue — a new market, a second brand or a clean test structure is a message to your manager.
Can you really prevent a ban?
Nobody can promise that, and we will not. What we can do is watch for the signals that come before a restriction — a claim drifting out of line with a landing page, a stale domain check, a creative crossing a threshold — and act on them while the ads are still delivering. When something does land, it is escalated through the partner channel to a named contact rather than a public form.
Who sets the automation rules?
You approve the logic, we own the running of it. Budget, CPA and CPC rules are built around the targets you give us, reviewed with you before they go live, and operated by our team afterwards — including the 3am pause nobody on your side wants to be awake for.
How fast can we start?
Onboarding usually runs inside the first week: a first-touch call, assets opened and verified, KYC and payment set up, then existing campaigns migrated. The pace is normally set by how quickly documents come back from your side.
How do you handle our money?
You fund one wallet by bank transfer, card, Stripe, PayPal or Payoneer and we move balance into accounts as they need it. Every movement carries an invoice and the rate applied, all of it downloadable from the dashboard, and the finance desk walks the numbers with you weekly.
What happens if we want to leave?
The accounts are in your entity, so they go with you. There is no lock-in period and no minimum term — we hand over the assets and the platform relationships rather than hold them. An infrastructure partner that has to trap you is not much of a partner.
Ready to grow it together?
Tell us what you sell and where. We will come back the same business day with what we would take over, what we would leave with you, and what it costs.
- A call with the person who would actually run the account
