Built for e-commerce

You found the winner. Now keep it running.

Ad accounts that open in a day, take the spend when a product suddenly works, and are built so one restriction cannot put the whole business offline. Plus a funded wallet behind all of them.

Where it stops

Five ways a good week ends early.

None of these are media buying problems. Every one of them is infrastructure, and every one of them shows up on the day the product finally works.

01

The account goes down

Restricted with a policy code and no reason attached. Or the Business Manager goes, and takes every account underneath it with it.

02

The limit caps the winner

A new account starts at a few hundred a day. The creative that just worked needs ten times that tomorrow — and the platform raises limits on its own calendar, not yours.

03

The card stops working

A decline at the billing threshold, a cross-border rejection, a bank that reads repeated ad charges as fraud. Delivery stops at 2am and nobody is looking.

04

The learning resets

A new account means a new pixel. What comes back is not the campaign that was working — it is a cold copy of it, paying again for everything it already knew.

05

Everything sits on one stack

One Business Manager, one account, one card, one domain. It works right up until the morning it does not, and then all of it is offline at once.

The window

Start the race three–nil up.

When a product starts to move, the only thing that matters is getting volume behind it before anyone else does. That window is measured in days, and it closes whether or not you were ready for it.

What eats it is never the media buying. It is an account that gets restricted, a spend limit that will not lift, and a card that stops clearing — three problems that arrive precisely because the product is working. Each one hands a few more days of the market to whoever is running the same creative, and the campaign you finally restart has lost what it already paid to learn.

Solve all three before you meet them and you are three–nil up before the first ad runs.

You spend your effort finding the next product. Delivery and performance are ours.

Why the payment leg holds

You pay us however suits you — card, bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal or Payoneer. Your ads do not run on that. They run on an established credit line with the platform, and that is the payment instrument these platforms trust most: nothing to decline at a billing threshold, nothing sitting with a bank over a weekend, nothing read as fraud at 2am.

Illustrative. How long each one actually takes depends on the platform and the market — the shape does not change.

Ad assets

When an asset has a problem, you have somewhere to take it.

Restrictions, rejections and reviews are part of running at volume. What changes under an official partnership is that there is a named person on the other side — someone who can read what actually triggered it, tell you the specific change, and put the case through the partner channel rather than a public form.

The real cause
Not the policy code. The specific claim, creative, domain or landing page that the review actually landed on.
The change, written
Exactly what to alter and where, so your team applies it instead of guessing at it for a week.
Filed properly
Through the partner channel to a named contact, rather than a public form that joins the same queue as everyone else.
Told early
Where we can see it coming, you hear about it before the platform acts — not after delivery has already stopped.

What we take on

  • Read what a restriction is actually about
  • Take a case to a named platform contact
  • Provision replacement assets while a case is open
  • Tell you which of your creatives will trip a review
  • Keep the rest of your accounts delivering meanwhile

What we do not

  • Promise that any particular case is reversed
  • Work around a policy rather than with it
  • Run assets for advertising we cannot stand behind
  • Touch your store’s payment processor or payouts

If what ran is genuinely against the rules, no channel changes that — and we will say so on the first call rather than the third.

Structure

Built so one restriction cannot take you down.

Most advertisers run everything from one Business Manager because that is what they were given. It works until the morning it does not, and then nothing is running. We open as many assets as the operation needs and keep them apart, so a problem on one is a problem on one.

  • More than one Business Manager, split by market, brand or offer
  • Ad accounts opened on request rather than rationed against a package
  • Pages, pixels and domains kept with the structure they belong to
  • A replacement asset provisioned while an existing case is open

Scale

The day it works is the day you need the room.

A product goes from nothing to everything in about forty-eight hours, and the window closes almost as fast — someone else is already running your creative. A limit that lifts on the platform’s schedule is a limit that lifts after the window has shut.

  • Opening limits set against the budget you intend, not a starter threshold
  • Raises requested by your manager and worked the same day
  • No shared parent account to borrow headroom from
  • Budget moved between accounts and markets as the winner moves

The chart is a peak week, because that is where the gap is widest — but the same shape happens any week a creative lands.

Funding

Your ads should not wait on your payout.

Ad spend goes out today. The money from those orders lands days later — longer on a new store, longer again if a reserve is being held. That gap is where a scaling week quietly gets throttled, and it has nothing to do with demand.

We do not touch your payment processor. What we do is make sure the ad side never has to wait for it.

Top up by wire, card or a credit line we approve for you, then move balance into any account in seconds — including at the weekend, which is when it usually runs out.

Testing at speed

Twenty products a month, and one of them lands.

If your model is finding the product rather than owning it, the infrastructure is the whole job. You need assets faster than you need advice.

01

Assets on request

A new account, page, pixel and domain for the next test, provisioned the same day rather than queued behind somebody else’s book.

02

Kept separate

Tests grouped away from what is already earning, so a product that trips a review never puts the winner offline.

03

Room the moment it hits

The limit raised in hours when one of the twenty starts to move, because the window is about that long.

04

Funded across all of them

One wallet feeding every test account, so a card at its threshold never decides which product gets to run.

One condition, and it is not negotiable. Speed does not change what the policy says. We open assets for advertising we can stand behind, and we will tell you before you spend if an offer, a claim or a delivery promise is going to end the account rather than scale it.

Signal & tracking

Set up for you, not sold to you.

We do not sell you a tracking product. Our team does the wiring on your store, against the platforms your accounts run on, and tells you what to send.

  1. 1

    Your store

Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Wix — whichever one you already run. Nothing gets replatformed.

  2. 2

    Server-side events

Conversions API and the platform equivalents wired up properly, with deduplication against the browser pixel so a purchase is counted once.

  3. 3

    Into the account

Events land in the accounts we opened for you, which is why the mapping is right the first time rather than after a month of missing revenue.

  4. 4

    Optimised on orders

Value-based optimisation against real revenue rather than clicks, with the third-party numbers you already trust as the reference.

No tool to buy and nothing new to log into. You get the connections made, a written checklist of what your store should be sending, and a desk to ask when a number stops matching.

For agencies

Every store kept apart, on purpose.

If you run stores for other people, the last thing you want is one pooled account with everybody’s spend in it. The clients structure keeps each store’s ad assets, wallet and invoices separate — so a restriction on one never touches another, and every client gets a bill they can actually read.

  • Ad assets opened per store, in the client’s own billing entity
  • A separate wallet per client, funded and drawn down on its own
  • Invoices and statements that split cleanly at the client line
  • A restriction on one store never reaches the others
More for agencies

By category

What actually differs, model by model.

The infrastructure is the same everywhere. What changes is which part of it you lean on — and how close your category sits to a policy review.

Product testing

Many offers, short lives, and a new set of assets for every one. Provisioning speed is the constraint, not media buying.

Leans on · Assets · limits

Single-product DTC

One offer carried across many markets. Everything depends on that one account staying up, which makes concentration the risk.

Leans on · Structure · policy

Established brand

Wide catalogue, several markets, a real finance function. Reporting and clean billing matter as much as access does.

Leans on · Funding · reporting

Agency or media buyer

Other people’s stores, other people’s money. Nothing can be pooled and every client needs its own line.

And by category

Fashion & apparel

Seasonal, returns-heavy, and a catalogue that turns over faster than any account review. Creative volume and feed health decide more here than bid strategy — which means the account has to absorb a lot of new assets without tripping anything.

Beauty & personal care

Before-and-after imagery and skin claims put you on the wrong side of policy faster than any other visual category. The creative review is not a step before the campaign; it is part of running it.

Supplements & wellness

The most restricted category on every platform. Ingredient claims, health outcomes and subscription billing each draw their own review. Access is the whole game here, and losing an account costs more than losing a month.

Home & living

High basket, long consideration, and a delivery promise that changes by market. Budget needs to follow stock between countries rather than sit fixed per account.

Electronics & accessories

Thin margins against a price that is comparable in one click. ROAS targets are set per market, and funding has to keep pace with a launch calendar you do not control.

Food & beverage

Local rules, local claims, local labelling. Every market is effectively a new advertiser with a new set of restrictions — which is exactly the part we take on.

Questions

Asked before the first account.

If yours is not here, the team answers the same business day.

One of my accounts has a problem. What can you actually do?

We read what the restriction is really about rather than the code attached to it, tell you the specific change to make, and put the case through the partner channel to a named contact. What we will not do is promise a particular outcome — if what ran is against the policy, no channel changes that, and you will hear it from us on the first call.

How many ad accounts can I have?

As many as the operation genuinely needs, opened on request rather than rationed against a package. Most advertisers running at volume are better off with several Business Managers split by market, brand or offer than with one holding everything.

Do you work with product testing and dropshipping?

Yes, with one condition: the advertising has to be something we can stand behind. Speed does not change what the policy says, and an offer, claim or delivery promise that breaks it will end the account rather than scale it. We would rather tell you that before you spend.

What happens to my pixel and my learning if an account changes?

This is why we push structure before anything goes wrong. Assets grouped apart mean a problem on one does not reset the others, and a replacement can be provisioned while an existing case is still open — so the campaign that works keeps its history.

How fast can a spend limit go up?

Usually the same day it is asked for, because the request goes through our standing with the platform rather than waiting on an automatic review. The opening limit is set against the budget you actually intend to spend, so in most cases the first raise is not needed at all.

Can you help with my Stripe or PayPal holds?

No. Payment processors and payouts are your side and we do not touch them. What we can do is make sure the advertising never waits on them — you fund one Rockads wallet and move balance into any account in seconds, including at the weekend.

Do you set up the Conversions API for us?

Yes, as set-up work rather than a product. Our team wires the server-side events on whichever store platform you run, deduplicated against the browser pixel, and hands you a written checklist of what the store should be sending. There is nothing to buy and nothing new to log into.

Whose name are the accounts in?

Yours. They are provisioned under our platform standing but opened in your own company and billing entity, so the invoices, the data and the assets belong to you — and they go with you if you leave.
